Our journey began over 30 years ago in the heart of Italy. Rooted in the Emilia-Romagna region, we meticulously source our materials from tanneries with a century-old tradition. Our quest: to improve the welfare and performance of horses using only the best.
THE DEPLANO DIFFERENCE: VEGETABLE-TANNED LEATHER
We stand apart by using the ancient, time-intensive method of vegetable tanning. Using natural tannins extracted from tree bark, and avoiding synthetic fats, our leather is air-dried to create pads with exclusive, breathable characteristics.
